Hi and welcome to my myspace site. My name is Mina or Shim Mina and I became well known at the Korean world cup where I supported Korea and caught the eye of the media. Since then I have released several Albums in Korea and Asia. I am now getting ready to release my first Semi English Album. It's taken a while for me to get to this point as I had to study English and become familiar with things more. With the help of Shlepp and Stevie (Eagle E) my Album is now ready. I hope you like the songs that from the album that I have put up on the site.



As you cann probably tell by now my passion is also football and I will be over in Germany with the Korean football team for the world cup this year. I am also a big Man United fan so is Eagle E and we went to a game together when I shot my video in London. Please check my gig dates to see when and where I will be. I hope to reach a new audience with my music and I hope that America and Europe will enjoy what I do. I love to dance and if you watch my videos you will see that right now I am into the Belly Dancing thing. I went to Turkey for Three months and studied with the best teachers there because i always want to be the best at what I do. I won the biggest dancing competition in Korea last year for the second time so I guess it paid off. But please listen to my music and see that I am much more than a dancer I am an singer and entertainer and I feel nobody is quite like me.



My next single 'Let me be your belly dancer' features Eagle E and that track was real fun to make. My previous single in Asia 'Kiss Kiss' was the most fun. We shot the video In London it was the first to my knowledge ever shot by a Korean artist in London and it was produced by Shlepp and Eagle. Being in London was fantastic and shooting the video and working with the people there was something I will never forget. We almost got arrested shooting some of the scenes from the video near the Houses of Parliment. I had a great time and a taste of what I hope is the future for me.

Shim Mina is not your regular artist. This beautiful Korean artist is a phenomenon in Asia Selling over 400,00 copies of her last album in China alone. The latest album will be her third in Korea and marks a change in style moving towards RnB and Hip Hop. Her recent hook up with producer and Rapper Eagle E resulted in the track Belly Dancer. The Track written by Eagle E and produced at Shlepp Studios in London may be here first European release. Mina takes hard work to another level This girl will work herself and those around her to a standstill and then do it all over again. She is a major star in Asia and may translate that to the west if she continues in the way she is going. Mina will be travelling with the Korean football team and doing special events in Germany for the world cup. Almost half of the world will be watching and this may be her opportunity to break out of Asia. However it's down to the music. If you are feeling it then things will go well.
