Sherlock Brothers is a five piece band from Sweden that was formed in 2004. The band has since then recorded and released demos, EP:s and albums on their own. The self produced debut album was released in spring 2009 and the first single "Sleeping Silence" started to get airtime on Swedish radio. Sherlock Brothers is also known for their chaotic live shows with loads of energy and insanely performed music.



Now discovered by Ninetone Records they released their first official single "Stay" worldwide in May 2010 and will release the "real" debut album titled "Black Cat Tango" through Ninetone Records together with platinum selling producer Patrik Frisk in early 2011.



The music can be described as grunge rock combined with a 70's kind of groove and a modern sound. A review of the album were published in the biggest hard rock magazine in Scandinavia "Sweden Rock Magazine" where the music was described as a mix between Nirvana, Soundgarden and Pearl Jam, but with a more unique and interesting sound than post grunge bands like Nickelback.
