"Shallow Intentions are an energetic, young & fresh new band, hailing from the small seaside resort of Weymouth in Dorset. Formed in spring 2006 by guitarist Ian Pauffly and original drummer Dan Challinor, the band has progressed massively over its duration. Delivering a mix of Folk orientated melodies with a massive orchestration, heavy guitars and some throat ripping, norse inspired vocals, all the while blending elements of death and black metal. the live show is as intense as they come, with catchy riffs and soaring, epic choruses, we've no doubt you'll be raising your drink and screaming for more! All in all, Shallow Intentions are a well rounded band with a desire to write great, memorable music, playing shows up and down the UK, with a growing fanbase and the name spreading, you'd be insane to miss these guys when the roll up into your town!"



24th August 2009, Hi Guys! Yeah, Were currently in pre-production for our debut album due around january 2010, we've got some awesome new tracks coming along nicely! New drummer and new bassplayer working hard to nail the old tracks! :) Gearing up for Finnstock, at Finns Live Music Venue in our hometown On the 31st August! First show with the new lineup, some new songs and a refreshing new drive! Well thats about it for now, but we'll keep you updated as things progress. Ash.
