Solid Ground Entertainment

In the fall of 2004 Pittsburgh artists EMS, Proseed, Bricklayah, and Accolade combined forces and formed Solid Ground Entertainment. Since then Solid Ground has been trying to pervade an appreciation for real Hip-Hop in the city of Pittsburgh, PA. Solid Ground is a crew that collectively consists of solo artists Kid A (aka EMS), Proseed, & Greazy Duzit. Since 2004, Solid Ground has managed to put the cobra clutch on the Pittsburgh hip-hop scene. Either collectively or individually, the MC's that make up Solid Ground Entertainment have shared the stage with such artists as Aesop Rock, Blueprint, Mr. Lif, Illogic, KRS-ONE, The Juggaknots, SA Smash, Louis Logic, iCON the Mic King, JJ Brown, Dos Noun, One BeLo, Sev Statik, Manchild of Mars ILL, Cee Knowledge of Digable Planets, Hangar 18, and Okwerdz to name a few. Solid Ground has even branched out to perform at the 10th annual Scribble Jam in Cincinnati, Ohio, which until recently, was the largest Hip-Hop festival in the United States.
