SEXTIGER was formed in 1983 by Chris Bauer. The band recorded several albums, toured all over the world and was supporting act for some great bands as KISS, IRON MAIDEN, MÖTÖRHEAD, DIO, UFO, STATUS QUO. just to name a few. Chris also claimed fame as singer and actor with austrias shock/rock enfant terribles DRAHDIWABERL and starring in some videoclips of FALCO like "Rock me, Amadeus", "The Sound of Music" "Titanic" (with heavy rotation on MTV) . In 2006 the Album "Electric Tigerland" (a.k.a. Paws N Stripes) was released. 2008 : SEXTIGER plus many special guests celebrates their 25th Anniversary with a big birthday bash with the final show at the Planet Music in Vienna on June 28. .After a 2 years break, Suzy Q reunited with Sextiger The Band is currently working on a new Album tentatively titled "Kill the Bunny" that should be out somewhere in time.
