The band was founded in early 2002 in Sofia, when Vesselin Tchipilov (bass) and Georgi Jefferski (guitar) split with their old band - "Fyeld". Later Angel Vylkovitchin (drums) joined the band. They searched for a vocalist for six months and meanwhile continued working on their music. The trio could not find a suitable frontman and Vylkovitchin left Bulgaria, Vesselin Tchipilov returns to his old band - "Fyeld", and Georgi Jefferski joins "Kuln". November 2002 the band reunited and joined with Angel Kasparyanov (vocals). The musical tastes of the four of them fit perfectly which gives the band the ability for great team work. In the beginning of 2003, after several months of hard work, the band has its first live act "Stage for author's music: O'Shipka" (Sofia), under the name "Absinthe".
At the end of 2003 "Sepuko 6" recorded a demo of 5 songs at Stain Studio, a few months later, Gospodin Gospodinov - Gepi, who liked the demo of the band, offered them to record an entire album and to sign a contract. They started recording in late March 2004 and finished three months later. In May 2005 Stain Studio also shoot a video to the first radio single – "Dushkomfort"(included in the "Playlist" compilation) from the upcoming debut album "Opitomen". The album became a fact in June, and in December they shoot another video - "Sublimacia" (the song is part of the soundtrack of a short film that remains not completed till today).
In 2006 "Sepuko 6" started working on the successor of "Opitomen". The first track of their second edition appeared on radio and TV channels at the end of the year. The name of the song is "De Niro e drug". The group decided to work on a new album with the music producer - Kliment Kalev (Stain Studio). The first live performance of this song was at the festival "One Day Overground". In early 2007 "Sepuko 6" and Stain Studio no are no longer working together.
The release "part two" is in EP format. Published in November 2008 the EP was produced by the band and includes the known from radio: "De Niro e drug," Niama Drama", "Bolimeza" and "Chao!" (included in the compilation "Credit To The Nation"), as well as three videos.
Finally "Sepuko 6" began to work on the material that they have gathered during the last year, which significantly differs from the songs contained in "Opitomen". The musical influence of the four members of the band is deep into the roots of rock music, where they found "peace" in the albums of Led Zeppelin. The new direction of the band's music is made of hard but melodic guitar riffs, varied arrangements, percussion section and drum, break bass lines. So a few months after the release of their last project, Sepuko 6 put in the air "Tvoia char i piniz." Months later the band took part in second edition of one of the biggest Bulgarian festivals "Spirit of Burgas", where they presente some of their newest songs. In October, the four members recorded 11 new songs at "Fast Car" studio in Sofia. The work continued for eight months and at the end of May 2010 the band released on the market their second album "Bilki", including a single recorded a year earlier "Tvoiat char i piniz", "Ne iskam teb, a samo sex" – another single from the album was also very successful in the Bulgarian rock radio stations.
