SEDERRA

Powerful and infusing the energy and raw emotion of punk and hardcore, Sederra is a melodic blend of expressive rock. Bound by shared experiences rather than conventional labels, this ambiguously named band formed in 2006 from the ashes of the late 90's and emo/punk-pioneering Longfellow (Kung Fu Records). All veterans of the Orange County music scene, the original lineup consisted of bassist Eric Bootow (Fourth in Line, As Hope Dies, Jughead's Revenge) and ex-Longfellow members: guitarist/vocalist Tom Schmitt (Longfellow), Mike Doherty (Longfellow, Papa Roach, Die Trying) and drummer Darren Reynolds (Longfellow, Home Grown). Tony Warner (Longfellow) would soon be recruited to complete the quintet, while vocalist Steve Ludwig (Nations Afire) would later replace Darren Reynolds on drums.
