Swing The Coast is a 4 piece based out of the suburbs of Detroit. It started with members from all over the country coming together in their home towns. "After getting around and seeing alot of the country this past summer, we really appreciate our band so much more, for how much talent there is throughout." That's how the band feels. Showing how close and far this family of 4 have come. Only being a band for about 1 full year now Swing The Coast has picked up many credits "and at such a young age" such as:

- appearing/Promoting at 15 dates of warped tour across the united states
- Radio play in select Cities across the East coast
-Winning The Motel 6 "rock yourself to sleep" contest and appearing on The 2 week East Coast Dates opening for (Every Avenue, There For Tomorrow, Sing It Loud and The Secret Handshake)
- Being Ranked as Purevolume's #1 artist for weeks
- Out of over 17,000 band submissions Swing The Coast made it into the final 6 of the Toyota music/Myspace Rock The Space 2 contest. Gaining major exposure and publicity.
