CHOOSE ONE: a) Founded in 2005 and inspired by EPMD, blank notebooks, Watership Down, doughnuts, cats, and Sharpies (among other things), Sea Otter is a five person unit (four of whom don't bother to show up at gigs or may actually be invisible), currently based in Los Angeles. They make music they like. They hope you like it too. -or- b) Founded in 2005, Sea Otter is Keith Rocka fucking around and making art music as an excuse to sew costumes and perform drunk.
