Seani B began DJ-ing in 1988 aged 14 with his older brothers in their sound system, Limited Edition. This enabled him to show off his talents at parties, weddings and eventually clubs. As well as DJ-ing, Seani B kept himself busy working in record shops in West London where he would experiment with his mixing skills across the black music genres. During this time, Seani B started his first programme on pirate radio station, Star FM where he played strictly Hip-Hop.

Over the next few years Seani B worked the club circuit and Blues dances but it wasn't until 1994 that people began to take notice. He released a bootleg Dancehall remix of the Case and Foxy Brown track 'Touch Me, Tease Me' which made a massive impact in the clubs. Sound systems across the country were contacting him asking for special remixes which lead to him teaming up and working with Kiss FM DJ, David Rodigan. On hearing Seani B's material Rodigan suggested he compile a 15 minute mega mix for the station.

This opened doors for Seani B as his mix which consisted of Dancehall beats combined with RnB and Hip Hop vocals was heavily requested by listeners on Kiss throughout the day for several months. Demand grew for his unique sound prompting him to set up Big League Productions with his brother Foots and brother from another mother Fari. This enabled Seani B to take on official remix projects for the likes of Lauryn Hill, Pras, Beverley Knight, Shaggy and Rayvon amongst others. Now rather than just concentrating on remixes the label concentrates on recording & production. So far they have released several pojects, which include: SPANISH FLY which had all the top JA dancehall acts, but the hit tune on the riddim came from the UK's Tubby TSUN IS SHINING 2005 reclick of Bob Marley's classic song which had a line up including Jah Cure & a combinbation from Chuck Fender & Richie Spice.RECOVERY RIDDIM, SLOW DOWN RIDDIM, CHARMING are some of the last projects from Big League. But the brand new riddim about to drop is THE PARADISE that features Sizzla, Kaos, Lutan Fyah, Don Campbell & Collie Buddz to name a few.

Seani B still manages to DJ and host events around the UK and the world (Japan, Jamaica, Kenya, and the whole of Europe) with many of the top Dancehall sound systems and selectors.
