Singer/songwriter from Glasgow plays acoustic guitar and harmonica driven music. Main influences are Neil Young, Xavier Rudd, JJ Cale, The Clash, Roy, John Martyn and Mike Scot. He grew up on the south side of Glasgow and first became addicted to music when he saw The Clash in concert at the Apollo in Glasgow. He was the leader singer for local band The Passengers before travelling to Australia where after a year of playing pubs, clubs and busking returned to Scotland to release EP 'Burn Baby Burn' which featured on 'Seriously Scottish Volume Two' which was released by BBC Scotland. Then he realesed his 1st solo album NEW HEART which picked up 4 star reviews and gained frequent airplay.
Some artists he's supported include :- Seasick Steve, Bert Jansch, Martin Stephenson, Eddie Reader, Mike Peters and has appeared at T in the Park, Belladrum, Edinburgh Festival, Celtic Connections and The Ullapool guitar festival.
2nd album 'WHERE TRAVELLERS GO' was recorded by Frankie Gibbon at Wild Trax studios County Durham. For his 3rd album 'SOUL CITY' he joined together with Martin Stephenson where he recorded most tracks at his barbaraville studio.

1st ALBUM New Heart This picked up 4 star reviews from the list and the times plus frequent airplay from radio scotland. Since then I've
supported artists :- SeaSick Steve, Bert Jansch, The Handsome Family, Martin Stephenson, Gordon Haskell, Eddie Reader, Mike Peters
appeared at T in the Park, Belladrum Festival. Edinburgh Festival, Celtic Connections and at Belladrum Festival.
2ND ALBUM 'WHERE TRAVELLERS GO' was recorded by Frankie Gibbon at Wild Trax studios county Durham and has guest musicians Rick Taylor of The Peatbog Faeries and on guitar is the brilliant Jim Hornsby.
3RD ALBUM SOUL CITY I joined together with Martin Stephenson to make 'Soul City'. Soul City was never properly release so I am going to do it this OCTOBER 1ST.
