Making music just for the love of it.
With the hope that others will like it too.
I am 17 years old and I have Autism with a pervasive communication disorder,
I started singing before I learned to talk. And though I still cant communicate very well using speech. but I do try even if it does not come out right.
I can only do what I do because of the love and support of my family and friends who would not let the label of "Autistic" limit me to what other said I should be able to do
I am not the best singer in the world but I do love to sing and I have been very lucky to have the chance to record a few of the songs I like to sing.
Most of all what would be great is if my music helps raise "Autism Awareness" and makes people think differently about children who have Autism.
Just because we cannot talk or communicate well does not mean we should not be given a chance to show what we are capable of
