Neal Cook was the singer/songwriter from 80's indie/jangle rock band "The Wild Flowers", after 5 albums, 6 record label's and countless tours it was time to call it a day, since then he has gigged and recorded under various guises but the one name he still hold's a torch too is "SALTFLAT", now back with thier alt country/rock soundscapes the band are looking forward to getting back out on the road and recording future release's.
the new line up consist's of Neal Cook - Vox/guitars, Paul Sharp - drums, Stuart Edwards - bass and Paul Dowswell - guitars/ keys/lap steel, together the have created a barb wire mix of heart warming, sometime's desolute, often gritty tales, imagine a cross between petty/springsteen/wilco and your on the right long dusty road.
