Hi, I'm Khari Green. Born in the nation's capitol of punishment. I'm a guitarist, songwriter and singer. I love blues, funk, rock, jazz, reggae, hip-hop, classical, samba, afro-cuban, house and whatever I can feel. I'm currently writing and arranging songs for my next cd, doing a little producing and continuing to study music; always looking forward to my next performance. Please check out my debut cd, Heavy Soul Music, released under the name Sākrid. We were a 3 piece band with George "NattySoul" Belton on bass, and Chris Bynum aka Biscutt on drums. I've also included a few really rough live tracks on the site with my man Rodney Dunton on drums, killin' it. It's not my best performance but we had a really good time. I want to thank everybody who've supported and encouraged me along this journey and who continue to show love; every musician I've ever played with and every friend I've ever made. I apologize off the top for being slow to respond to emails or add friend requests and shit. I have tendency to be a little reclusive, we all know artists are weird ( although for real everybody's a little screwed up), and a brotha is grindin' nah mean!
