CRITERIA FOR MANAGEMENT!

To be considered for management, you must be willing to play enough to generate and maintain a steady income.We do not and will not support any bands that don't work as hard as we do.This a business, not a hand out.



We are also very particular in who we choose to take on and work with. So, hobby bands,part timers and weekend warriors don't bother wasting our time or your's.We exercise a strong work ethic and strive to get our bands all that we can. And expect you to put forth the same effort as nothing will just fall from the sky and into your lap.



We also expect a certain level of professional conduct from you.Watching out for other bands,venues and anyone else you may wish to work with in the future is key to building and maintaining solid relationships in the industry and will only help us to further you along.
