On December 6 1956, in St John's Hospital, Santa Monica, California. A legend was born, Delores Rhoads had given birth to Randall William Rhoads the youngest of three children( Brother-Doug Sister-Kathy).At 17 months old his father left them.Mrs. Rhoads has owned the Musonia School of Music in northern hollywood since 1949. At age 6 Rhoads picked up guitar on his Grandfathers old navy gibson guitar, he learned how to play Folk Guitar music, but as he got older, he leaned more toward Heavy Metal style guitar. But he was always influenced by classical music.

Soon he was in his first Band "The Whore", this did not live too long. His next band was "Violet Fox". He soon taught his best friend Kelly Garni to play bass, this Formed Quiet Riot, Drew Forsyth joined as the Drummer, Finally Kevin Dubrow auditioned in Rhoads Kitchen for Drums, and Quiet Riot would Join the Hair Metal scene. In 1979 Ozzy Osbourne had Left Black Sabbath to go solo, Ozzys Bassist Dana Strum Recommended that Ozzy get Rhoads for the Band. They Eventually Did and Rhoads went on to Write Classics such as "Mr Crowley", "Crazy Train","Diary of a Madman", and Many more. But March 19 1982 Tragedy struck, Andrew Aycock (The Driver) Took Rhoads and His hairdresser Rachel Youngblood, On a flight in a Beech Craft Bonanza, he had taken without permission. Apparently, during the flight, an attempt was made to "buzz" the tour bus where the other band members were sleeping. They succeeded three times but the fourth time it went horribly wrong. The right wing clipped the right side of the tour bus by accident and crashed into Jerry Calhoun's nearby mansion completely destroying the front. Nobody in the mansion was hurt. Rhoads, age 25, was killed instantly, as were Aycock, 36, and Youngblood, 58. This freak accident caused the Death of Guitar Legend Rhoads, But he still lives on today inspiring many future NeoClassical Metal and Metal Guitar Players, even though he is dead the legend will continue.
