Robby Brown

Hello.I was born April 13, 1985 and grew up outside of Philadelphia. I always loved music, performing and creating things. I even spent my early years acting and being involved in musical theater. Music has always been about expressing ideas and emotions and is a power that moves our souls unlike any other. I believe that's why throughout every journey of my life, music and its creation has always been a big part of who I am. I'd have to say that a group called 'The Moffatts' were the first artists to really influence me musically. The first time I saw them perform was when I realized music is what I wanted to do with my life. I started my first band when I was about 13, we called ourselves 'No Need'. We had a great 6 year run as a band and traveled extensively throughout the US, Mexico and Canada. We recorded a few independent albums in New York with producer Werner F(The Stills) and played arena shows with Eve 6, Lifehouse, Avril, Pink, etc. We also were involved in a nationwide promotion with Nickelodeon and Jive Records, in which our songs were included on a CD inserted in over 5 million General Mills cereal boxes. The success of the band has lead to some exciting opportunities and enabled me to be apart of many different types of projects. I moved to Florida to perform with a band called 'Natural', that toured on the Billboard Live 'Rock Me Moto' Tour. I had the opportunity since then to write and produce for other artists, as well as perform and travel the US. I have worked with producers Jim Ebert(Butch Walker) and Jim Wirt(Incubus) and I am in the process of putting a new band together. I am also involved with major artists on a program called 'Blue Nose Edutainment'(BlueNoseEd.com), which helps kids around the world to learn through the power of music. My goal is to always make music I believe in and that passes the test of time.
