Rising Sun's music eludes classification due to the wide range of influences on the the members themselves. These influences cross the borders of time and genre. As continually growing musicians, Rising Suns members have learned to appreciate all forms of music, as self expression, and entertainment. The refusal to adhere to a single genre, has left the band with a collection of songs that add up to a well rounded sound. Couple that with the Eerie vibe of the city that spawned them and you have Rising Sun. Always a work-in-progress, Rising Sun insists on taking the road less travelled in order to bring across their soulful and rhythmic melodies through an honest and genuine connection.
