Rising 4

Rising 4 is a Saskatoon based rock band. Early success locally has fueled these guys to give it their all and make a life out of Rising 4. Just two years after forming, their debut full-length album was released June 6th 2008. Influenced by everything from Kiss to Avenged Sevenfold, Johnny Cash to The Used, the album is very diverse with something to offer almost anyone. The album was recorded in their hometown of Saskatoon at Kickstart Recordings, mastered in Delisle by Ryan Andersen (who has worked with such acts as Social Code and Nickelback) and manufactured in Toronto. With Brandon's wide vocal range from soft soothing ballads such as 'Branmuffin', to aggressive chants and screams in such songs as 'You Know Who You Are', there is a track for any such mood. "Rising 4 is a grinding opera of slick guitar work and double bass drum madness!" The hit track 'Oxygen' produced great success for Rising 4 as the music video made it all the way to MuchMusic! It aired late June on MuchMusic and was played daily on MuchLoud. The young group consists of Brandon, Chris, Nick, and Mikey all in their teens.
