Rifah, the next big thing out of Cleveland, Oh is on the scene and isn't letting anything or anyone stop him from making it to the top. Born Mario Jones this 26 year old has been into not only hip-hop but all music genres all his life. Coming up in Cleveland's project areas, Rifah has seen and been through the slums, shootout's drug infested areas all his life and has balanced himself through the drama with music. Being the youngest of three he has always wanted to take care or his family and get them out the slums. Being in a fatherless household with a mother who has been molested and beaten most of her life, Rifah always recited the life or her and his siblings in his music. In elementary school Rifah entered his first talent showcase winning by singing "if I ever Fall In Love Again" by SHAI. He always had a passion for singing love songs for the ladies. It wasn't until Jr high when Rifah really got into the Hip-hop atmosphere entering another showcase rapping along with two of his friends a freestyle song they just came up with on the stage. As time went on Rifah rocked the lunchroom tables, talent shows, and all school events while in high school. Highly recommended by many to pursue his music career, Rifah kept getting side tracked by the streets. It wasn't until when Rifah opened for his first mainstream show for Nelly and 3-6 Mafia when he knew this was what his gift was. Instantly after that he was asked to perform for artist such as Jada Kiss, Fat-Joe, Scarface, Bone Thugs In harmony, Avant, and several more industry artist. While trying to get his buzz up in Cleveland by doing local shows and promoting his cd and record label, him and some neighborhood friends started called F.A.M Entertainment, Rifah still had his personal life going on which included his two kids, one which he had at the age of 15. Being a great father figure Rifah was not able to find good work all the time which made him do what he had to do in the streets to feed his family. Never did he hustle to get cars, clothes, pop bottles or any of the flamboyant material things. Believe it or not he has worked as a special needs teacher for Randallwood Elementary School in Warrensville, Oh. He also graduated from Warrensville High School and attended Community College for two years. Rifah has always been the energy in his music circle. Being versatile, he could pick any topic and any beat and ride it. Having notoriety in cities such as Atlanta, Houston, Memphis, and Florida,Rifah has been labeled one in the hardest in the game and he hasn't even came out yet. Colaborating on tracks with several artist, Rifah makes everyone step their game up with his melodic, dramatizing flo. He also produces his own tracks and for others, writes R&B songs and ghostwrites for several of artist. Recently finishing his solo mix tape named" Let Me In" has been reviewed to be the best mix tape ever. Rifah has the land on his back and is about to takeover the industry. With the new independent label him and his label partner V.E.R started called S.M.M.G (STREET MONEY MUSIK GROUP) they can't lose being labeled as Cleveland's best lyrical life relating song writers.
