I moved to Nashille in July of 2001 after receiving my nursing license. I've always had the dream of being an entertainer since I could walk. I used to put on mini concerts in the basement of my house with my brother and sister. I used to love watching music videos on MTV back when it was on regular tv. I remember seeing Cyndi Lauper and the wild look she had and I fell in love with her. I swore to my friends that I was gonna be famous and marry that woman. Well, that didn't work out but I still chase the dream of being a singer/songwriter. I currently finished my first 11 song solo album and have started on a second more pop sounding cd. Although I had a very good upbringing I have still had many struggles since I ventured out on my own. Trying to be a single foster parent in this messed up world brought me alot of joy and even more heartache. I think my new cd that will be called "Nice Guys Finish Last" is some of the best songwriting I've ever done. I feel that I am finally developing as a writer and an artist. I am currently looking for musicians to play a few shows with me. I perform at a lot of events in my former hometown of Fairmount, IN. I'm a people person so I always try to return emails when friends/fans send them. I'm the legal guardian for two special needs men back home in IN. They reside at Vernon manor Children's Home in Wabash where they were raised. My goal is to one day get a record deal and use my fame to build a facility similiar to St. Jude's for children who require 24 hour nursing care. I hope to be the national spokesperson for people with disabilities.
