As a Promoter Richard has been facilitating house music events since Sept. 1996 under the monikers RNB Productions/Brooks Events. Richard Brooks Events are legendary and have featured the sounds of Little Louie Vega, Miguel Migs, Dj Spinna, Ron Trent, Kenny Dope, Iz & Diz, Dennis Ferrer, Larry Heard, The Martinez Brothers, Vikter Duplaix, Pepe Bradock, Kerri Chandler and Roy Davis Jr. to name a handful and have also drawn celebrity attendees like David Bowie and Denzel Washington
