Der sardische Sänger und Komponist steht für die aktuelle
italienische Songwriter-Popmusik, weit entfernt von alten Klischees.

Nella musica di Riccardo Doppio si ritrovano i piccoli e grandi sentimenti, che lui interpreta orecchiabili ma sempre sorprendenti.Grandi canzoni, piccole storie di persone, momenti vissuti, di nostalgia, gioia e naturalmente Amore.
Con vari ritmi basati sulla Salsa, Latin, Jazz e Chanson, compone le sue canzoni, e propone al suo pubblico una voce piena di anima. Ha suonato su palchi internazionali in Europa, Asia e America. Partecipa alle selezioni del Festival di Sanremo, dove raggiunge unottima posizione, continuando poi a dare concerti in Germania, dove tuttora vive.
Il cantante e autore di origine sarda fa musica pop italianissima, melodica come le vecchie canzoni e sempre alla ricerca di nuovi suoni. Tutto questo lo propone in concerto anche in versione acustica, solo- con chitarra.e le sue inconfondibili canzoni.
Il suo ultimo Album " Momenti Italiani " , é un Hommage alla musica Italiana degli ultimi anni, tra cui grandi canzoni di Ramazzotti, Paolo Conte, New Trolls, Homo Sapiens e Zucchero, arrangiato e interpretato dallo stesso Riccardo Doppio.

Riccardo Doppio’s music is in the first instance about big and small emotions which he sings about - predictably and yet astonishingly. Great songs, short stories about people, moments, desire, happiness and of course love.
Rhythmically versatile, borrowing from Salsa, Latin, Jazz and French Chanson, he creates his poetic ballads and offers his audience a voice full of soul. Charming, charismatic and emotional. Concerts on international stages like Barcelona, Rome or at the San Remo festival as well as many successful concerts in Germany are to his credit.
The Sardinian singer and composer stands for current Italian singer-songwriter pop, far removed from old clichés. He demonstrates this with his band on stage or in his acoustic special solo – simply accompanied by a guitar – and his unmistakeable songs.
Apart from producing records, working in the studio and his busy concert schedule he also shines with his interpretations of songs by Ramazotti, Paolo Conte, New Trolls, Homo Sapiens and Zucchero on his latest album “Momenti Italiani”.
