RETROBURN

Formed in 2002 Retroburn is an original alternative rock project from Detroit, Michigan. Heavily influenced by science fiction, sounds of the 80s, and all things dark-Retroburn forges ahead as one of Detroit's leading alt rock projects.



The music is heavily influenced by old school alternative but is mixed with the new school cutting edge sound of modern alt rock/indie bands.



The original material is guitar and bass driven rock with lines that fill the soundscape with etherial tones and atmospheric hooks. The vocals acommodate the songs with hook laden, emotional lyrics that engage the listener.



Retroburn has released two full length CDs, three demo sampler discs and will release another EP in 2010.
