Remma are a three piece band formed in Cork, Ireland in 2003.
The band is based around brothers Shane O' Herlihy ( Vocals, Guitar ) and Colm O' Herlihy ( Guitar ) and
Darren O' Driscoll ( Drums )

The band rose to fame in 2004 when they were signed by The Smiths front man, Morrissey. The band toured with Morrissey in support of their Worry Young EP playing sell out shows in London's Earls Court Arena and Dublin's Point depot.
The title track Worry Young was also featured in an NME magazine compilation entitled " Songs To Save Your Life" alongside The Libertines, The Killers and The Ordinary Boys.
The single was met with rave reviews.
" Passionate and Windswept" The Guardian
" A Stormer" NME
" A sound and maturity that belies their tender years " The Echo

"Remma certainly stand out at the moment. They are one of the most compelling artists who have yet to release a debut album. What the band possess is a rare but natural talent for creating the kind of songs that match up to the long-forgotten notion of good music – music which, whether bringing upset or joy, will always be true to you." Indie Hub
In 2007, after seeing them play in Limerick, Cranberries songwriter and guitarist, Noel Hogan expressed interest in the band and offered to produce their debut album.
The band have been recording the album in between extensive touring in the UK and Ireland.
Remma head on a 90 date tour of the US this July in support to the release of their highly anticipated EP entitled " Continue The Search "
