Remedy



Dubbed a 'different breed' of artist; Washington, DC native, Remedy, dabbled in song writing, and production as a past-time, but would become more vocal in 2005 when she'd link up with two former Maryland University classmates; gospel hip-hop artists Divenomous (aka Amadi Williams) and Navigator (aka Arthur Matthews) to form the three-man gospel hip-hop group “PF Allstars.” The trio released the "All In a Day's Work" mixtape and have locally performed some hits from Divenomous' self-titled debut album.



While taking influence from various emcees; Remedy has crafted her own spirited and soulful urban sound with the help of the ethereal “XouL MusiK ProDuction” mastermind Xavier Kemp, with whom she was linked in 2005. Xoul’s production has spured her writing to greater heights and the two have been building ever since to make her first project one to be remembered. Stay tuned.
