2 ? Jahre nach ihrem erfolgreichen Debutalbum “13 seconds“, das die Dark Electro Szene mit Hits wie „Nachthexen“, „Legion“ und „Line b“ bereicherte, melden sich die beiden Legion?re Olli und Martin nach intensiver Studioarbeit nun zur?ck. „State of Mind“ hei?t die neue Scheibe und ist ab dem 23. April 2010 im Handel oder per Mailorder erh?ltlich.
Das Warten hat sich gelohnt. Die Sounds sind klarer, das Songwriting ausgereifter, die Vocals pr?gnanter und es wird mit neuen Elementen wie Gitarre („thank you and goodbye“) oder Klavier („farewell“) experimentiert.
Dennoch bleiben re-legion ihrer seit Bandgr?ndung eingeschlagenen Linie treu, kombinieren harte Beats mit melodisch trancigen Synths und integrieren in ihre Tracks zahlreiche Facetten aus dem breiten Spektrum elektronischer Musik.
Die 12 neuen Songs fackeln ein abwechslungsreiches Feuerwerk aus tanzbaren Discoknallern und verspielten Ohrwurmmelodien ab, die keinen ruhig sitzen lassen. Songs wie „persona non grata“ oder „sick and destroyed“ sind absolute Dark Electro Kracher und werden die Tanzfl?chen der Szene erneut zum Kochen bringen, w?hrend poppige St?cke wie „golden years“ und „8‘ 21‘‘ from the sun“ insbesondere durch ihre harmonische Atmosph?re bestechen. Mit „trance:formation“, dem einzigen Instrumentaltrack der CD, liefern re-legion auch diesmal die f?r die Band mittlerweile obligatorisch gewordene Trancenummer.

re-legion are back
2 ? years after their successful debut album "13 seconds", which has enriched the Dark Electro scene with hits like "nachthexen", "legion" and "line b", the two legionnaires Olli and Martin have now returned from intensive studio work. The new album "state of mind" is available from April, 23rd 2010 at your local music shop or via mail order.
The wait was worth it. The sounds are clear, the vocals catchy and the songwriting is more mature. They experiment with new elements such as guitar ("thank you and goodbye") and piano ("farewell"). However, re-legion remain loyal to their original style: they combine hard beats with melodic and trancy synths and play with many facets of the broad spectrum of electronic music.
The 12 new songs spark a firework of danceable disco tracks and catchy melodies, which will move your body. Songs such as "persona non grata" or "sick and destroyed" are potential dark electro hits and will once again fill the dance floors of the scene, while poppy songs such as "golden years" and "8 '21''from the sun" impress with their harmonious atmosphere. Yet again, by providing "trance: formation”, the only instrumental track on the CD, re-legion deliver their mandatory trance number as well.
