Reese Da Kid a Chicago native with a world wide mission ,has been patiently waiting to make his mark in the music industry . In 2002 he started his first music group called the cognac boys . After doing countless talent shows and showcases the cogac boys broke up , which lead Reese heading back to Chicago . Reese started recording his 1st mixtape album in 2007 with all industry beats. He began selling his cd out the back of his car and doing local shows in the area with his versatile flow. Reese has always been in a league of his own. Reese Growing up on the westside of Chicago , faced challenging experiences that , at times, made his childhood seem like a road downhill. But he used his negative surroundings as a motivational tool. He learned at an early age what he wanted out of life, and he knew that music was going to be the key to his success. Reese started performing in talent contests and showcases at school placing 1st in most competitions. Reese Da Kid is a true talent with endearing personality and admirable work ethic. Music is Reese Therapy, its the way he vents or better yet get things off her chest. he does it for love and not for the money.After being shot 3 times on Feb 1st of 2008 Reese's Manager and promo team all drop Reese for fear he would be a waste of time and money but like a true M.C he is He bounce right back to record over 100 songs in a couple months . He also ghost writes alot of your favorite R&B Groups trax but I'm not going to say any names lol !!! Reese would like to be considered more of an M.C's than rappers . he does more then just rap!!! He makes good songs. Reese reaches every audience with his flow and can switch it up at a drop of a dime. Not only that Reese is an R&B song writer !!! With 6 cd's and more then 150 songs Recorded Reese is more then ready !!!
