Reddz is a native of the District of Columbia knowing the way of the real. Reddz has been on the grind for some time now and believe it or not is the impact of some DC artists you may hear today. He is loved by few and hated by many because of his charisma and persona. It all started when him and some fellow compadres formed the now infamous “Die Rich Mafia” in the early to mid 90’s. Through time more family members became more apart of the movement through consistent motivation from the founder, Ceo, artist/songwriter. This guy is one of the best if not the best rapper DC has ever seen.
Reddz has done several shows at places and events over the years to get not only himself but also Die Rich the credit they deserve. Shows and events include Georgia Avenue Day, The well renowned Kaffa House, Bar Nun, and Bohemian Caverns etc. Along with a consistent grind and maintained focus he has worked with some of the best District of Columbia talent such as Skrooge, Buzz, Calico, D n D Productions, LiveWire Entertainment, DJ Kash Money, JoRob (Die Rich), Gbaby (Die Rich), RonDouble , Big Dell (Die Rich), YoungB (Die Rich), Sal Marciani, I think you get the picture.
Now with hard work paying off Reddz is creating a helluva buzz from Myspace to the music lovers. With step climbing methods and Ceo capabilities Reddz has and is still paving the way and building a fan base for label mates and artists such as JoRob, Gbaby, RonDouble, Big Dell and YungB.
With no real influences except for probably the Backyard, Junkyard, and Rare Essence, Reddz tries to keep an original character about him. The named influences are used as his energy drink to get self-motivated about his passion.
With numerous songs and 2 albums Reddz and the Die Rich Mafia movement are something to keep your peripheral focused for in the very near future.
