Reality Grey comes up as a band in April 2004 with the intention to play our favourite music, melodic death metal. A mix of brutality and melodic feeling.
The first line up was with Tommy on vocals, Peppe&Anto on guitars, Alex on bass and Donato on drums.

In November 2004 Donato left the band due to personal reasons, and Reality Grey are forced to find a new high skilled drummer. And it arrives soon.
The new drummer is Vlady. Even if he's really young, he's an high skilled drummer and he has played in various band (REQUIEM K626, EXUMER). So the band is again ready to work on new tracks and to perform blastin' gigs.
In 2 years Reality Grey collects many shows, with some good metal acts like Coram Lethe, Disguise, Necrodeath, Admiron, Ingraved, most of them gone sold out.
The 1st full-lenght cd "Darkest Days Are Yet To Come" is recorded in August 2005 and mixed at GOLEM DUNGEON STUDIOS in July 2006 with Ottavio Marzo (Golem) and produced by Reality Grey. Energy, melody, brutality, extreme scratchy vocals, light-fast solos, blasting drums and more is all you gonna get.The cd contains 7 tracks and an intro.
In the late 2006 Reality Grey signs for the american label RAZAR ICE RECORDS

In the 2008 Tommy leave the band, Antonio takes his place as singer, the result is the promo cd "Day Zero".
Once again recorded an mixed at GOLEM DUNGEON STUDIOS, by Giuseppe Dentamaro, it contains 3 new tracks "Day Zero", "Erase", "Slavery", pushing the band to the limit, more fast, more brutal, more melodic.
To promote the new promo cd Reality Grey joins DEICIDE and HATESPHERE on tour through Italy in the fall 2008, takin a great chance and using it for good.
More updates soon, stay tuned.

Press material "Darkest days are yet to come":
"Is the songwriting, that took away my breath in more than one circumstance. Its' like to have the 1st Dark tranquillity, the fury of The Haunted, the melodic appeal of Inflames, and the "in your face" attidute of COB. Same old story you would say. Instead, this guys managed all those influences in a fresh and dynamic way, putting them to the service of a song-shape extraordinarily impressive." - Benzoworld.com - TOP DEMO
"Energy, this is the best word to describe this cd"- Metallized.it - 75/100
"The riffs are evidently hyper melodic and the tempo is in general really fast but the most impressive thing of the album is without any doubt the musical skill of the musicians" - Metalstorm.ee - 7/10
"This is without any doubt a convincing work. Very well structured, 8 tracks for 33 minuters lacking of fillers. In other words an inpressive work."- Shapeless.it - 7.5/10
"I'm not joking if i say that "Darkest Days are yet to come" is superior to many cd's coming from the scandinavian area, motherland of melodeath" - Chiumm Webzine - 8.5/10
"Their compositions are well developed with very impressive ideas and it seems that the band worked really hard for each track. Last but not least the production and the sound are in high levels" - Powerplayrecords - 7.5/10
