In 2000, he started deejaying and play live on stage in front of growing audiences. Amazingly, his first gig was a performance with Timo Maas. Since then, Alec Raw has performed at numerous gigs and big events, including underground warehouse parties and techno parades in Europe.
He has played alongside famous artists such as Terence Parker, Timo Maas, Sarah Main, Carlos Diaz, Joan Ribas, Dabruck & Klein, Azzido da Bass, Cosmic Gate and more.
During his residency at Germany’s famous Dorian Club in 2004, Alec Raw became more and more passionate about house music and its deep soul. At the same time, he wanted to realize his own musical ideas and conceptions. That year, Alec Raw embarked on his exciting career in music production.
After investing in recording and production equipment, he could finally play his original music for the screaming fans at his DJ gigs. The feedback was positive and the rest, as they say, is history.
Since 2007 he has released his own tracks on Labels like Art of Doing, Flesh Recordings, Bdivision, 24bit. He has done several remix works for international artists like Laurie Webb, Dave Floyd and Ryan Andrew on Labels like Flesh Recordings, Fiume Beat, Baccara and more.
It has been running good in the last months for Alec Raw, as his release Black Rain and the Ben Preston Remix had got support by Dj Tiesto. His booking at Ibiza´s famous Houseworld Events, were a nice event to present one of his rare Dj Sets.
Look out for the upcoming future, something is planned for the next step into wider deepness and soul of producing House and Music!
