Rock-A-Tiki Rhythm Rockers

The Rock-A-Tiki Rhythm Rockers were founded as a sideproject to the wellknown surfband THE TWANG SIRENS in 2001.

At first we were a band like plenty others, singing about Brand New Caddillacs and Ghostriders in the Sky. but we don´t live in the American suburbs in the mid 1950´s and therefore we started to create own songs about our own real life stories like "Rockabilly Bitch", "Red Headed Devil" or "Three Judges" using the roots of our beloved Rockabilly and Country music of the 40´s and 50´s and mixing it with the music of our youth back in the 1980´s.



THE R-A-T ROCKERS SPLIT UP IN SUMMER 2007. Singer Annika turned into Western Swing, also bass-player Albert. Alex & Jo playing now in the French-Punk outfit BLOUSONS NOIR
