RAGGA Productions was established by Ras Simba Amlak on feb 2007 ,with the intention of greating and pruducing positive and uplifting music and to expand the Right knowlage of our great ancestors, thereby rising again what has been lost to our people for centurys now, Aware of the finacial dificulties in the urban areas,his Idea is to greate posibilities of recording and producing independantly.,contious of the exploitation of the record industries today it is more and more nessesary that we be in position of controling our own music ,recording ,producing and destributing our own ideas musicaly,there are so many vampires out there today so we must be capable and Independant in order to get out what we realy need to say with the music,today the media and comercial seens are full of finacial interest alone and not the best interest of who comsumes our music Ragga productions idea is to uphold the Repect between the musicians ,the record label,the production staff and members and the people all of the world that listen and partake in what we produce "unity is the strengt " Most of our work has been recorded in Home studios hosted and created by young talents who put their heart and soul into the music life,recording 24 hours a day dedicating their lives to the music,it is very important that we note the impotance of music in our lives,for humans are noting without music and melodey,it is the firs expiriance before birth,in the mothers wounb listening to the heartbeat, and after birht with its own heartbeat,so music is the only cure and healing of the nation presently on tour in brazil Ras Simba Amlak has teamed up with varios members of the independant music productions and has been recording together with varios singers and chanters of the Ragga /reggae /roots/hip hop/r&b and dancehall seens,on jan 18 will be released the Ragga production's @mixtape vol 1 ,on the Istanbul RIDDEM presenting iree vibes from Big Up artist like :Led DaDa,Lei di dai,Jimmy Luv(7velas-sao paulo)jeru banto,Victor Binghi I,comando Selva, sista marisa(u.s.a ),Sista Dan,dacal,Dani Black,Sambatuh,Lyson fya (guyana) Nego Agnoand more. The idea is to LINK UP with south American ,Jamaican,United states,England Austranlian,Asian,Europian,African Indian and central american idependant ideas,with the ragga movement growing stronger everytime,the positive influence is more and more visible,musica festivals and raggaevents has helpted to direct the growing talents in a positive direction.
