Radio Havana

RADIO HAVANA, officially born in June of 2000, when 5 guys (Marco, Meniax, Eros, Alex and Turbo), held together by the passion for punk rock music, united and started playing their first songs.

After an year of hard work they started a shy live activity, followed by a huge of people, receiving positive and even negative critics. They keep on playing and share the stage with good bands such as X-State Ride, Tony Town and Natural Born Drinkers.

But RADIO HAVANA doesnt have enough and, by the of 2002, the guys (now 4) start playing faster moving from a ska-punk to powerful melodic-hardcore like No Use for a Name of Face to Face

In 2003, exactly at the end of March, they record their first Demo, at TMB Studio in Modena, with 5 songs of pure melodic hc!

People seems to enjoy their powerful sound and the band has put on a couple of good compilation (Punk & Contaminazione III and Punk Italian Style II) , sold in Italy and Switzerlan, with great bands such as Derozer and Los Fastidios.

The demo receives good reviews, even on Rock Sound where its defined as a powerful and funny hardcore work, and on some web-zine RADIO HAVANA is defined as one of the most promising hc bands

Due to personal troubles live activity of 2004 is almost absent and in November Marco, the old singer, leaves the bands.

At beginning of 2005 two young rockers (Giulio as the new voice of the band and Francesco as the second guitar player) joint RADIO HAVANA and the band is back, full of adrenaline and new songs, to play trough all North of Italy.

They offer a powerful and suggestive show receiving different recognition in many contest.

Now theyve already recorded their last work called BURN at Living Rhum Studio in Castel Goffredo (Mantova).
