Quench exploded onto the UK scene with the release of their stunning debut album Afterglow in April 2003. With their unique brand of uplifting, exhilarating and energising 21st Century rock, Quench fuse blistering guitars, harmony-laden hook-lines and high-octane live performances to create a fresh and exciting audio experience.

Their headline tours of the UK and Europe have built them an ever-increasing loyal following, and have earned the band a series of festival performances including the UK's Greenbelt festival, where over 1500 people excitedly queued for a chance to see their 500 capacity showcase, and over 1000 fans crammed into a marquee for their intimate acoustic slot!

2007 saw Quench's long-awaited return to the recording studio to record a new 4 track EP with legendary rock producer Joe Gibb (Jane's Addiction, 3 Colours Red, Funeral For A Friend, Brigade, etc). This new EP captures Quench's incendiary live sound and makes a huge sonic leap from their 2003 debut. The "Reality Radio EP" was released in August 2008 and is out now at the iTunes store.

Following hard in the footsteps of POD, Switchfoot and As I Lay Dying, the band's Christian faith impacts their music and performances, making them a "four piece rock band with solid mainstream appeal" according to respected secular industry magazine 'The Hit Sheet', which featured Quench's anthemic 'Bring The Summer In' on their recent compilation CD. Quench's debut album "Afterglow" also won the coveted 'Best UK Christian Album' award at the UK Gospel Awards.

With the "Reality Radio EP" generating huge levels of excitement amongst the media and the fans followed by a mainstage festival slot supporting Fightstar and MXPX under their belts, Quench took a step closer to hitting the Premier League of the UK scene in 2008. However in 2009 the band decided to call it a day and their last gig was at the 2009 Greenbelt Festival in the UK. Rest in peace Quenchwe salute you.
