PeeWee

The Brief 3 year journey of the young MC/ Co-Producer known as “Pee Wee” started in his bedroom located in a council flat in poplar E14 at the age of 14 Pee Wee started off in the Grime Scene performing at local youth clubs with friends, band members and rivals. He also performed on grimes biggest stage The Street. From early Pee Wee recalls performing in every talent show and music competition that came his way, he managed to wow 800+ capacity crowd with a performance of the Michael Jackson routine of Billie Jean at the school of Bow Boys which allowed the talents of Mercston, Wiley & Gods Gift to pass through leaving their mark. In year 9 he made his first track thanks to Villain of the Mucky Wolfpack and was then recruited into a band that went by the name of ‘Off Limitz’. Pee Wee’s music was getting around via internet and mobile locally. The Summer of 2006 Pee Wee’s career stepped a level as free studio was up for grabs, Pee Wee jumped at this opportunity and as a result a successful string of hits were produced with Grime legend, Wiley’s father engineering most of the songs. At the end of Summer 2006 Pee Wee had major disputes with his mother over his behaviour and over music, his mothers traditional “education is the only thing important” mentality held him back and his music suffered as a result, as his mother closed doors and banned him from performances Pee Wee rebelled as every teenager would and this caused him to spend a whole year with his uncle in Manchester. This stopped Pee Wee from making music for a while. On his return to London August 2007 Pee Wee didn’t jump straight back into music, he wanted to make his mum happy and he thought if not participating in music made her happy then he would do just that. So on his entry to college he applied for an A-level in English Lang & Literature, Media, Sociology, I.C.T & Psychology. So here we are in 2008 Pee Wee is back on to music.…
