Welcome ladies and gentlemen. Let us introduce you to PussyVibes.
It started as a one-man-project where Nelson would program the drums on a computer and then record the rest of the instruments too (back in a time when recording in such a way was not as common as today). The 20 minute demo CD-r "Can U Smell It?" came about this way. With the exception of the track “Demented, Depraved and Idle” where Bruno appeared as a guest vocalist, all tracks were (de)composed, recorded and vocalized by Nelson. Soon after though, PussyVibes became dormant due to his work obligations. Years later, Nelson and long time friend and drummer, Pedrada, discussed their urge to play in a grindcore band… and PussyVibes suddenly rose from the dead! The sexy zombie corpse gained supernatural life and walked the earth again but this time as a full band!
Preparing themselves for years of grind
destruction and having stabilized their line-up
of perverted individuals, they set hard at work.

They focused themselves on PussyVibes’
particular vision of gore and sex, and
especially the role of woman. No, you won’t
find many demeaning remarks or bitch
slapping in their lyrics, in fact, it may just be
the other way around. Why kid ourselves? It seems woman is the most dangerous monster of all and that is
what they portray with songs like Pussy Vengeance, Booby trap and In the Womb of the She-Beast.

PussyVibes aims to entertain the few sick individuals willing to indulge them in their sexy wall of noise. They want to show the world some ass kicking grindcore destruction!!!!!
CHRONOLOGY
1999 – thus began the decomposition of pussified noise.
2000 – the demo CD-r "Can U Smell it?" was born containing 20+ minutes that was well received by the few that managed a copy (currently available as a free download). A track appeared on a compilation CD by Ancient Ceremonies magazine.
2006 – The first full lineup surges with Nelson (vocals), Bruno (vocals), Pedrada (drums), Big (guitar), Jonas (bass). They played many shows throughout Portugal, from Lisbon to the Algarve to Porto. One of the highlights was at the Caos Emergente Festival where Nelson broke his nose in the mosh pit before they went on stage, then does their show with the broken nose!
2007 – New lineup with Nelson (vocals), Bruno (vocals), Batista (bass), Pedrada (drums), Big (guitar). They played at the most prestigious festival in Portugal SWR X Barroselas Metal Fest alongside great bands like Napalm Death, Haemorrhage, Human Mincer and Sublime Cadaveric Decomposition among others. Yet another lineup change occured making it Nelson (vocals), Bruno (vocals), Batista (bass), Paulo (drums), and Pica (guitar). This new lineup made their debut at the Butchery At Christmas Time Festival alongside Jig-Ai, Mucupurulent, Decrepidemic and Fleshgod Apocalypse. They then recorded their first ever track as a live band. It is a cover version of Dead Infection’s “No Smoking” off of the “Brain Corrosion” CD. The track was intended for a tribute CD that has yet to be released. That same year, they filmed a short film/music video called PussyVibes In the Womb of the She-Beast: the beginning, which was released online and seen by hundreds with good reviews.
2008 - (De)composition and recording of their debut album Pussy Gore Galore. Close to the end of the year, they played a lone preview show in their hometown of Ourém and later used the recorded footage to make a new music video. Bootleg Records (USA) released the compilation CD In Gore We Grind 3 which contained two preview tracks off of their upcoming debut.
2009 – The debut album Pussy Gore Galore is co-released by 666records (Germany) and Diablos Recs (Mexico). They also released a new music video for the track “The Torture Chamber” using footage from a previous gig. They played many shows to promote their record including the Grindfest in Portugal alongside Dead Infection and Cock and Ball Torture. They also played abroad for the first time in Spain and Germany. However, mid-year they were forced to cancel shows as Paulo suffered an injury that kept him out for a few months. The band then took advantage to write new material and towards the end of the year headed to the studio.
2010 – New releases are planned with a vinyl 7" split with fellow grinders Namek (Utter Disgust Records – USA); 3-way split CD with cult Portuguese death metalers Grog and Aussie noise pummellers Roadside Burial (Grindhead Records – Australia), and a cover track on the CD tribute to Cock and Ball Torture (Mierda Productions – Mexico). In the meantime, Pica was temporarily substituted by Ricardo (Mass Brutality) while he worked abroad for a few months. They play some more concerts and continue to deliver their ass kicking grindcore destruction wherever they go!
