Chess and Joe meet online eight years ago through ICQ (how geeky is that?). Chess was in Texas at SMU and Joe was in Indiana at Purdue at the time. Both shared a love of Bjork, Amon Tobin, and Aphex Twin. Years later both ended up in Chicago (was it fate?). Joe made music as Protman and Chess djed with L.D.W. as Mother Hubbard. In December of 2005, Protman & Dangergirl formed (both names are their aliases on World of Warcraft). These gigantor nerds are currently working on some tracks and hope to have an EP available this spring some time.
