Precha - Holy Ghost

Baby J Enterprises starts the new year of 2007 with their first release Holy Ghost by one of the UKs most promising up and coming hip hop artists to date, Precha.

Precha is one third of Coventry based group C.O.V with fellow artists Spike and Looch.

C.O.V gained national success with their first single For my city in 2004 with radio support and a video aired on both MTV Base and Channel U.



Always a passionate performer, Precha has appeared on a number of compilation LPs such as UK hip hop awards and kiss FMs Urban Fusion raising Prechas profile much higher.



Precha has now hooked up with the award winning super producer Baby J after featuring on baby Js For the People mixtape in 2006 to bring you his debut album Holy Ghost.

Produced entirely by baby J and featuring a few of the Midlands finest emcees such as Rukus, Yogi And Shade One, this album is looking to be one of the hottest releases of the year.



Featuring the single We know how it goes taken from Baby Js 2006 LP F.T.P 2 and the lead single Heaven featuring Dwaine, this is one to listen to from start to finish.

The album reflects on social topics and lifestyles often neglected in Black music. From walked away where Precha discusses his feelings towards his daughter to the thought provoking yutes to follow this album reflects , both content wise and sonically to the golden era of hip hop. Baby Js production takes a step away from his usual sound to offer a rawer and grittier sound to fit with this project.



Precha is defiantly a force to be reckoned with, and defiantly one to watch in 2007.
