POZITION

Tony DeMondre Harris known as Pozition was born in Inglewood, California but grew up in Watts. Pozition started rapping at the ripe young age of eight years old. Pozition is the eldest of eight brothers and sisters and was raised by his mother. Pozition began listening to rappers such as N.W.A., Ice-T, and Biz Markie on the popular Los Angeles rap station 1580 KDAY as a child.



Pozition was not into sports in high school so he focused all of his attention on music; he took up piano and sang in the school choir. After graduating from high school, Pozition found himself caught up in selling drugs with his cousin outside of California. He soon realized that selling drugs was not for him so he returned back to Watts and focused on his music.

By 2000, Pozition started making beats and soon the word got out . already Pozition has a roster of recording artists that he has produced such as Kurupt, Raskass, Rappin’ 4-Tay, Prime, Spice 1, Ju-L, Kokaine, Streetsweepaz, LaToya Williams, new artist Smitty on J Records and the hit songstress Truth Hurts and legendary Krayzie Bone. Listening to his tracks you will see why everyone is knocking at his studio door for tracks.

Pozition is now slated to drop his own album Safe Sex. With his unique sound, street swagger and cool demeanor you will see why he is the next big thing on the WEST COAST.
