Portland Housing Authority just opened GROOVE SUITE Audio Lounge and Gallery where we will serve up innovative sake martinis & cocktails, beer, fine wine, and delicious desserts in a comfortable, upscale lounge environment featuring local artwork and the best electronic dance music played through a banging EAW sound system on an inviting dance floor.
