before i start, pop unknown would like to thank everyone for joining them here on myspace. to have so many people care enough to take the time to find out what is going on and keep in touch with the band (all after they disbanded in '02) is a testiment to the kinds of fans they continue to have to this day.



pop unknown toured the world and played shows with indie rock royalty (at the drive in, the get up kids, spoon, cursive, mineral, the promise ring, hot rod circuit, further seems forever and many, many others.). when they stepped off the stage at their packed show at emo's in austin texas in 2002, no one knew it would be their last. not even the band.



they played three "reunion" shows during february and march of this year.
