3. MAY 5, 2009 - Trish Robb opened for Cowboy Junkies at Park Playhouse (Cobourg)

4. JANUARY 17, 2011 - I first saw Trish Robb selling vinyl at Not My Dog (Toronto). "Do you have Pabst?" are the 1st words I hear out of her mouth. A guest of Ladies In Waiting...Andrea Ramolo and I looked at each other as Trish Robb sung and mouthed, "Wow." Andrea mentioned it'd been a while that someone sung and did that for her. I got inspired to see more.

5. FEBRUARY 21, 2011 - Trish Robb sung at Not My Dog (Toronto). A lot of Toronto musicians would soon know the name Trish Robb. One of the most talked about. There are still people who tell me they want to drive 2 hours to see Trish play for the 1st time.

6. FEBRUARY 28, 2011 - Trish Robb sung night after my birthday at Not My Dog (Toronto). Like a ghost, there is a guy freezing outside listening to her sing through the window. Brian MacMillan in the house as well as Jann Arden guitarist Graham Powell. Bought shots.

7. APRIL 5, 2011 - Trish Robb's 1st show of April residency at Wilson 96 (Toronto). Named after a bus route.

8. APRIL 19, 2011 - Trish Robb brought lemon cake from Brioche to Wilson 96 (Toronto). Her co-workers were in the house. Trish Robb's brother was watching New York Yankees vs Toronto Blue Jays at Rogers Centre while it was on TV at Wilson 96 where Trish sung. Mo blew a save http://scores.espn.go.com/mlb/recap?gameId=310419114 True story...Chris Culgin's friend broke his arm at the bar arm wrestling with Chris. Poor Pelly sang My Loneliness Is Jealously with Trish.

9. JUNE 11, 2011 - Randomly had brunch at Brioche (Toronto) where Trish Robb worked (she wasn't there that day) and I bought my 3rd CD off of her, sold on the counter along with gourmet food. The 2nd one was sent to New York (requested by music host). This one was a collector's item. Priceless price tag.

10. JUNE 18, 2011 - Hugh's Room (Toronto) delivered birthday cake to Trish Robb who came from some far away place to play that night.

11. AUGUST 25, 2011 - Trish Robb plays her first Dakota Tavern show (Toronto) on the billing. She really wanted people to come. Full house. My first time seeing The Stables. Line up outside (up to 1 hr).

12. SEPTEMBER 8, 2011 - Trish Robb plays the Silver Dollar (Toronto) of Bluegrass renown. While meeting the Sheepdogs after they made the cover of Rolling Stone, Shawn Preece-Hall sees Trish Robb's Cd and wonders if it is the same Trish he had met. We share stories of Trish, and still don't know for sure. He shows up at this show to confirm. Same Trish!

13. OCTOBER 14, 2011 - Poor Pelly talks to me at the door at Dakota Tavern (Toronto) & I have to wait 1 hour to get in (first in line). The funny thing at Trish Robb's next Dakota show, I arrived at the exact same time as friends of Trish that I lined up with at this show!

14. JANUARY 19, 2012 - Trish Robb's dad Bruce Robb in from Bowmanville and her brother Gord are in the house. Dakota Tavern (Toronto). It is a very cold night outside, but nicely hot inside.

15. JANUARY 23, 2012. Old Nick (Toronto) was at 123 Danforth. Address was same as the date of Trish's show [1/23]. Great Chicken wing special...and deep fried pickles. Chris Culgin and I talk about Pig's Ear Tavern.

16. FEBRUARY 11, 2012. Pig's Ear Tavern (Peterborough). Owner used to mix music for George Martin. This is my first time seeing Trish Robb out of town. Wanted to see the roots of Peterborough and Durham County. She played with Melissa Payne.

17. FEBRUARY 12, 2012 At 606am Trish Robb is still jamming in living room after 3am campfire on London Street (Peterborough) at the House of Culgin. What a jam. This is why she loves music, she said. You don't choose music. It chooses you, I said. It is like love.

This song was acquired via a secret Trish Robb bootleg network ;)
