Piers

(Born in England in 1987) is a British singer, songwriter and film composer. Piers started singing before he could talk. At the age of 6 he started playing the piano and soon after, picked up the cello becoming proficient at both. At 8 he joined Salisbury Cathedral Choir becoming Bishop's (head) Chorister in his final year alongside making records and touring Japan with classical group, 'Boys Air Choir' and recording at Abbey Road Studios on Hanz Zimmer's Prince of Egypt Soundtrack.
Whilst Studying at Bedales, his musical interests broadened, at 14, teaching himself the blues, he soon found himself improvising. Within weeks he'd written his first composition and soon songs flowed. He attended BIMM (Brighton Institute of Modern Music) for a year studying song writing before heading back to London to concentrate full time on Music.
