• My first love was drawing; I only took up the guitar at age 16. Then, In 1980, I concentrated exclusively on my group, Abus Dangereux (Abus) during 12 years (8 albums and 400 concerts)
• In 1992, I formed the "New Trio". In 1994, the New Trio became a quintet and paid homage to Frank Zappa (Zappe Zappa). In 2000, I recorded and toured with my "Phileas Band". The duo with the french guitar player Christophe Godin (2G) started in 2002. In 2005, I created The Fontaine's fables (Fabulatorz) and the duo "Transe des mots" with Frédérique Bruyas. In 2008, I formed a new band with cello and drums. Our first CD is called "Melody Makers". It's an original tribute to the british pop.
• I'm also widely involved in the area of teaching, giving classes at various French schools. I've released some books and videos on various subjects.
