Phil Marshall grew up in Hull/Yorkshire, England.
Phil has recorded four solo albums, two of which at Abbey Road
Studios in London, making him only one of a handful independent
artist that have ever been allowed to record there.
Phil has received airplay on thirty-four radio stations in fifteen
states, which include Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois,
Louisiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Mexico, Oklahoma,
Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. He has
had great success by independently selling thousands of CD’s and
downloads.
Over the last few years, Phil has performed in sixty-four cities in
six countries worldwide performing both as a solo act and with The
Phil Marshall Band. Within the United States, he has performed in
forty-eight cities in sixteen states including: California, Colorado,
Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico,
New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Phil has also toured extensively in Europe including the United
Kingdom, Spain, the Czech Republic, France, Netherlands and
Holland.
Phil has performed live for crowds up to 24,000 at the Kingston
Communication Stadium in Yorkshire. And he is no stranger to world
famous live music venues such as The Viper Room (Los Angeles), The
Cobden Club (London), The Cavern Club (Liverpool), Cain’s Ballroom
(Tulsa), Les Cariatides (Paris), House of Blues (Cleveland), Fitzgerald’s (Houston), Owl Bar
(Sundance, UT), Eskimo Joe’s (Stillwater, OK), Club Da Da (Dallas),
Bluenote (Columbia, MO) and Rockwood Music Hall (New York City). But
regardless if he is playing at a world famous venue or a less
renowned club one thing is for sure, the place will be packed with
adoring fans.
He has shared the stage with bands like Big Head Todd and the
Monsters, Sunshine Underground, Kula Shaker, The Longpigs, Echo’s
Subcircus, Sultans of Ping, Orson and David Cook.

In May of 2007, Phil released a new EP titled One Week, which
features six singles. This extended play disc is so unique because
he wrote it within a week, one song per day. Needless to say, the
disc is very emotional.
Introducing Phil Marshall’s newest full-length album, Magnolia, of
the four albums that Phil has completed, this one fits his personal
style the most. ‘The new Album delivers bright, guitar-heavy,
melodic pop with Phil’s high vocals giving a shoe-gazing quality to a
record that is as introverted as it is grandiose’ Matt Elliott, Tulsa
World. Tulsa, Oklahoma
