Pets

The Swedish quartet PETS formed in 2004, in Storsveden, in the north of the land. Pets are truly the closest one can get to a UFO.
In them we find a sort of exoticism, difficult to define, in which only the Swedes hold the secret.
The four witches we first united thanks to their common passion for the vocal harmonies of the Kinks, the first energetic sounds of Motown like the Isley Brothers, and last but not least, Swedish jazz legends like Jan Johansson.
A luminous pop comes out of all this, anchored in a manufactured climate of clear and pure-bred voice of the singer Jonte Olssonn.
Forever impossible to set aside the group’s origins, whose roots draw from the lands the most frozen and barren of Scandanavia in order to add a certain raw and savage touch.
These four youth have proven a true talent for melody that we’re almost tempted to say we’ve found the perfect pop equation. But, we’ll let you do the math.
