PETER & the PENGUINS

PETER & the PENGUINS is a Norwegian classic four-piece band playing cheerful and energetic power pop, characterized by tight harmony singing, and jangling Rickenbacker guitars. Previous to forming P & P five years ago, the members played in well known Norwegian bands like Weld, Cosmic Dropouts, Norwegian Wood and Kwyet Kings.

HIGHLIGHTS of the career so far are three mini tours in the UK, among others playing the legendary Cavern Club receiving great reception.
In June 2009 P&P released their first full length album: "How to Choose a Sweetheart".
