Penny Relentless is an idea, an ideal…she is a blank canvas on which you may splatter paint. She is an out of work actress in a town full of gainfully employed waitresses. She is a retro renegade. She can be charming and funny, but is relatively emotionless. She has no point to make but will laugh at all your jokes even when they are clearly not funny. She is just like you want her to be, except when she's not, which is just often enough for her to be more trouble than she's worth.
