PEIREMANS+

PEIREMANS + is the side-project by four musicians from different basque bands like Berri Txarrak, Bide Ertzean, Kashbad or Balerdi Balerdi. Their only release til now was a five-track EP launched by alternative label Bonberenea Ekintzak in early 2005. Peiremans is actually the name of an unlucky football player who came to Real Sociedad (main football team in Donostia-San Sebastian) and broke his knee at the first trainning session. He could never play a simple match with his team so he was left to second division's Eibar, where he decided to quit football due to a deep deppresion. So Peiremans + aims to be a little homage to all those losers in life.



In January of 2010, Imanol and Gorka decide to make a second coming under the name of COLEMANS+, with a brand new line up including Karlos Aranzegi (drums) and Ioni Ubeda (base guitar). Here you are a video of Colemans+ performing "Send Flowers" live:
